Before becoming an actor, Seganti worked in Italty as a gas station attendant, farmer, iron and construction worker, auto mechanic, painter, busboy, and model. A former model, Seganti's television credits include appearances on The Nanny and Babylon 5. His film credits include L.A. Confidential, Everyone Says I Love You, and Still Breathing. Seganti has appeared on stage in Hello Out There and Whose Life is it Anyway? Paolo has blue eyes, brown hair, and is 6'1" tall. He enjoys motorcycle racing, reading, and horseback riding.
