Joseph Breen was born on July 5, 1958 in Katonah, New York. He is 6'1" and has hazel eyes. Joe grew up in Westchester County, New York. He attended Oberlin College in Ohio, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, and the Julliard School.
Breen originated the roles of Scott Eldridge on As The World Turns and Dr. Will Jeffries on Guiding Light. Other acting credits include playing Jean-Michael in the Broadway production of La Cage aux Folles and a role on the soap opera Loving. Joe enjoys writing, gardening, and carpentry. He is divorced.
