Ron Raines has played Alan Spaulding on Guiding Light since July 1994. Raines is an accomplished singer and performer, his background is in theater and operatta. He has released an album of Broadway songs, performed with the New York City Opera, Michigan Opera Theater, and many symphony orchestras as a soloist.
