TV Soap Opera Themes CD

The TV Soap Opera Theme Songs CD contains the theme songs from ten different television soap operas:

  1. As The World Turns
  2. Knot's Landing
  3. The Young and the Restless
  4. Santa Barbara
  5. Days of Our Lives
  6. All My Children
  7. Dallas
  8. General Hospital
  9. Another World
  10. Guiding Light

All of the songs are instrumental only. The most recognizable is probably The Young and the Resltess' theme, also known as Nadia's theme. If ATWT is still using the same mix from the theme on this CD (titled As The World Turns On and On) I couldn't tell.

Guiding Light is still using the same theme song - Hold Onto Love by Rob Mounsey. Although the mix has changed.

I recommend buying this CD if you are a die-hard soap fan who likes to collect all you can on the soaps. It was produced in 1993 and may not be around much longer. If you're only a Guiding Light fan, you may want to skip this CD version and purchase Rob Mounsey's cassette. That contains both the instrumental and version with lyrics.
